Inclusive Pricing
Our wedding/event package includes full use of the barn, property with setting for ceremony near the creek or pond, dance floor, and parking for guests. Pricing includes tables to seat 150 plus an additional 50 chairs. Pricing includes use of antique buffets and hutches, serving bars, welcome table and more.
Full 3 days - Friday, Saturday, & Sunday Wedding
$3,500
The price covers the entire weekend, from Friday to Sunday, providing ample time for setup and tear-down. This convenience ensures that no one feels rushed during your event preparations.
Use of the Bridal Cottage included on day of event. Want to enjoy the Bridal Cottage overnight? An additional fee of $100 applies.
For every 50 additional guests, beyond 250, an additional fee of $150 applies.
Monday through Thursday

Includes use of the venue for full day of event. If you would like to reserve the venue the day before for set-up or the day after for clean-up, it is $500 per day. Use of the Bridal Cottage included on day of event. Want to enjoy the Bridal Cottage overnight? An additional fee of $100 applies.
